The Weeknd

    Abel Tesfaye is a Canadian PBR&R song writer and singer. Abel was born on February 16,1990, in Scarborough, Toronto. Abel is currently 25 years old. Able started off by uploading his songs on YouTube under the name The Weeknd. He released 39 mix tapes through out 2011 which were called House of Balloons, Thursday, and Echoes of Silence. The following year he released the album Trilogy consisting versions of his mix tape and three new songs. The album was released by Republic Records And the own label XO. In the year 2013 Abel released he debut album Kiss Land, that was supported by the singles “Kiss Land” and “Live For”.  He was later being praised by several music publication’s. In the year 2015 Abel has released 2 singles that have hit the charts. The songs are “Often” and “Earned It”. The song “Earned It” has been future in a the new movie “50 Shades Of Gray”.
